Friendly knowledgeable staff explained aspects of replacement parts. Were efficient and professional in the process. Excellent experience. The only thing I would suggest is that they add a step in their routine that has them checking for the change oil light notification on vehicles and to remove it as a courtesy to customers. The last two times I had valvoline change my oil I had to look it up on YouTube and do it myself. It should really be part of your overall service to do this.
