The Manager is a very impressive guy. His knowledge concerning my particular vehicle was exceptional. He took his time, and explained everything to me, and was the friendliest and most professional ***ociate I have ever encountered as a patron. Cody is a guy with a positive attitude, and has a genuine smile with an effervescent personality. Dude is going places! I have had my vehicle for a while, and everytime I come into this store, I learn something new about my Mercedes I didn't know before. Well Done, and I will remain a loyal customer to Valvoline because of service I receive From Cody, and his very astute and competent team! Cody provided exceptional customer service and was both friendly and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to explain the oil change process and clearly communicated what was being done to my vehicle and went over the pricing. He also went above and beyond by informing me that Valvoline services rear differentials and advising when I should have mine checked. I stopped at this location on a chance trip from Elizabethton, and I’m very thankful I did. Cody’s knowledge, professionalism, and attention to customer care made this an outstanding experience. He is a great representation of Valvoline, and I truly appreciate the excellent service.
