Jo the mgr was EXTRAORDINARY!!! Ethan the young guy not so much. He was the one to hand signal me pulling in. He needs to be re-trained bc his signals were hard to read. I told him so. It took awhile to pull in bc he needed to communicate better. I’ve had better hand signal communication from a local car wash. Then he gave me stink eye rest of the time. Back to JO the mgr. She actually checked & changed for the 1st time the Air cabin filter! All this time after 45K miles, my last oil change was w Nissan, NO one has EVER checked that filter. Only the engine filter! She needs whatever you can provide, a promotion or raise if possible! She even gave me a better coupon since the air filter was $55. This is why I will continue to be loyal to Valvoline. 10+ years in TX & TN! Please give her a round of applause all around. Thank you Valvoline.
