Something wasnu2019t right when I got home. The gentleman in the pit asked if there were any screws up top for the splash shield. He was told no. Then they said I was good to go. Not trusting what went on, I checked when I got home. And sure enough not all screws were put back. They left it flapping. Air was not put in my tires, they were all low. One guy looked like he knew what he was doing while the rest just ran around confused. Not sure I can trust going back especially if I have to finish up when I get home.

Have been to tis facility several times previously. I always receive good service at it. My truck is so new that it isn't in the computer system yet as to what weight of oil or filter it takes.I was switching to Amsoil and supplied my own oil and filter. Even tho not using Valvoline products I still got the same full service as though I were. Service there is excellent and I won't hesitate to go back again.
