The overall atmosphere of the shop was one of respect. I heard the manager, I believe his name was Zachary, was so polite to his employees - saying please and thank you, and giving tips to improve. Damon, my tech was also so polite, which I took to mean that he was trained well.

In the past, service members paid attention to the order vehicles arrived and got them into the bays for service accordingly. The vehicle in front of me had extra services, including tire rotation. 2 cars in front of other bays arrived after me and were complete before I was directed into a bay. After my oil was changed, they told me to start my vehicle. The tech was standing in front of my windshield when he yelled oil pressure bay 1. I was in bay 1. There is no way he was able to see the oil pressure gauge in my vehicle. I watched the car in front of me get a tire rotation. Techs switched the front and rear tires on the passenger side of that vehicle. On the driver side, they removed the lug nuts, walked around the vehicle, and put the lug nuts back on. Tires never removed or rotated. Not at all impressed with the level inattention the staff at this location has for their job or the customer.

I paid for an oil change which normally includes a fluid check. When I got in my car the window was still dirty, so turned the wipers on and had to call over a tech to ask why the fluid hadnu2019t been filled, be indicated that it was but there was a blockage. When I got home my husband took about 5 seconds to quickly fix it, which would have been the courteous thing for the tech to do. Additionally, I was upsold on having my tires rotated, but left with one low, no one had bothered to even check the air pressure. A few days later, I was told they had nails in them at a repair shop which someone could have EASILY gone the minimal mile to let me know at Valvoline.
