The staff and store itself was fine, But I called the number beforehand and was directed to a head office line. I asked how much for an oil change (gave my truck year/model) and the woman I spoke to looked it up and told me it would be normally be $140, but she would text me a $25 coupon which would bring the total down to $115.
I got to the store location to get an oil change, gave them the coupon and the total was $160?? They said it was normally $185 and with the $25 coupon it brought it down to $160?
That's more than the original full price they told me on the phone.
I mean if that's the price then that's the price, but don't lie to me on the phone just to get me in. That is a greasy way to run a company.

Hi Karl, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear about the discrepancy in pricing and any confusion it caused. It sounds like the customer service agent might have been confused on the engine size for your vehicle. We have forwarded your information to the appropreiate team for continued training and improvement purposes.

Worst customer service ever. I waited for over an hour to pull up to a bay and this 19 year old technician immediately went into telling me about his Halloween night out on 6th street. Then 10 min in he realized his machine to do my state inspection was out of batteries and he tried to tell me to come back later so that people didn’t have to wait behind me. Had to beg him to use the other bay’s machine. Just very unprofessional.
