No one was managing cars as they came up so I just picked a lane. A lady that arrived about 15 minutes after me and was behind me complained and lied and said she had arrived first and the process was taking to long They tried to get me to leave the line so the lady could go in front of me then opened up the inspection lane for her so she could cut. No one ever talked to me until they were already draining my oil. A little more organization and effort when cars are first pulling in would have solved these problems. They should also serve customers in order of when they arrive not on the noise they make.

Do what they are paid to do. They didn’t top off my fluids and I had to ask them to check tire pressure. They pricing keeps going up and it doesn’t make sense for me to pay 90$ for a full synthetic oil change when other places charge $75.
