They said 15-20 min for the person in front of me. Took them 30-40 min. I got there right when it opened up. It took forever. I even said no to every service they said they would do for free to try and speed up the process. It took me over 45 min to get my oil changed. I should have read the reviews. No sense of urgency at all. Should have taken 20 min. I won't come back. I was late for work. I even let them know several times I was in a hurry and it didn't seem like they cared.

Horrible coustomer service!! They have no sense of urgency for anything. They shuffled me around on bays for 45 minutes for a simple oil change. I ended up leaving and so did 2 other cars while I was there. This is the second time this happened to me there. Your better off going somewhere else

The staff here are all so nice and knowledgeable. Especially the store manager Chris. He is very kind and helpful.
