Oil change was not done because oil filter was not available after waited one hour in line. Staff told me to come back to try after 2 days. I asked if I have to wait in line again. He said yes. I liked to go Valvoline because speedy and good service but I did not expect to go several times and waited long line again just to get oil change.

I pulled up and waited for about 40 minutes before I was able to pull in.It was at that time, I was informed they were out of full synthetic.I would have helped if someone had come around to make sure / tell customers they were out of full synthetic.

did not check filters, did not check tire pressure until I asked them to and then it took more than 10 min for the guy to get my air filter cover back on- he appeared incompetent and no one helped him. total time was over 2 hours for oil change and state inspection and we were there 1st thing at opening, #2 care in line. no one introduced themselves. there was a lot of standing and talking going on and services not being done in a logical manner. we have been going to this Valvoline for more than 6 years and this was the worst interaction we have ever had. Sure do miss the previous manager Taylor. service has went down hill since she left.

Took two hours before we even got in the bay. 45 minutes to get the oil changed. All he checked was the battery and added windshield wiper fluid. Didnu2019t check my turn signals didnu2019t check the tire pressure. Didnu2019t even check my air filter or the windshield wipers, didnu2019t even communicate at all with me as far as was happy with the service . The Bay next to us to the right they got four cars in and out of there before we even got into the bay.
