Dec 8, 2026. Went to get oil change. Got told the guy under can’t put the skid plate back on. Didn’t have a problem last time with a different team. Went back home check put everything back on myself. Didn’t even bother going back and ask for the bolts screws that came with it. Very unprofessional team and lazy work. Their work took just less than 10 min and doesn’t want to figure or put some little effort and help out to put the plate back. I grabbed the plate myself and put it in the trunk. I will stay away.

Always fast, friendly, and efficient service at this Valvoline. I refuse to take my cars anywhere else! They look out for me, even letting me know when my oil is still good and about how many miles I have left. Love this place!
