Everything was good EXCEPT 3 things. Oil & air filter change should NOT take half an hour or more. When asked I told the tech I came for an oil change and lube. Did not know until I got home and read receipt that my vehicle was not greased. Look back at last receipt and it was not greased then either. Now I have another half hour job to do it myself when it could have been done in 2 minutes from the pit. You have started putting in premium synthetic every time. I usually use house oil but you were out two changes back. Now you are taking advantage of me.It is simple to cure these things and have a happy customer. Give you one more shot in 5K miles. - dl

The final Paperwork I received said that the air pressure in my tires was checked but I never saw them check the air pressure in my tires..this is something I always look for but rarely see done during a full service oil change.
