The techs did not complete their job correctly. They did not check all of the fluids in my car nor my tire pressure. They were too worried about who they didn’t want to work with, leaving my service incomplete and my car had no coolant in it resulting in my car overheating when they put on my invoice that they did check it. I am very disappointed in the service I received and for the price I paid to not get a full service.

ONCE I GOT IN THE BAY, TYLER AND HIS ASSISTANT, STARTED AN INSPECTION OF MY A/C AND OTHER COMPONENTS AS WELL AS CHANGING THE OIL. We brought our car into your shop on 6-6-24 for an oil change. After leaving your shop, we discovered our car was leaking oil so we returned it to the shop. The threads had been stripped out of the oil pan. They told us to leave it there and they would fix it. Long story short, after having it there about 4 weeks, we finally got it back July 2nd, with no more than a "Sorry about that." We would have at least expected them to reimburse us for our oil change in light of our almost 4 week inconvenience. Though we didn't create a fuss, we will not be back ... and we certainly can't recommend you to our friends.
