My Valvoline windshield sticker indicated that I was due for an oil change service by mileage and month. I was able to get service quickly (no wait time) and efficiently. The manager showed me that my air filter was still clean and didn’t yet need replacing. I appreciated his honesty and no-pressure attitude. I had brought my second vehicle in for n oil change a few months ago, a vehicle that I don’t use everyday, and the Valvoline staff member informed me that the mileage was far below the recommended number for a new oil change since my last one at Valvoline. He suggested I come back later. I appreciated his honesty and advice.

I’ve used Valvoline for some time. Usually with good service. This day I had to ask 3 times for someone to check my tires. They usually do it automatically. Each time someone said yeah well get it. Then they started motioning me forward to exit the service bay. I said um- I haven’t paid, don’t have my sticker and I still need my tires checked.

Went to one valvoline but was told there was not enough staff but to go to another location and it would take around 10 minutes. It probably took just under an hour and that was with no wait time being in line. Was never told price of oil. Was given price for filter and then a discount price so that I did not have to purchase from my dealership. Overall though, it was not a bad experience, just not very quick. The one staff member I interacted with was friendly
