When I got home to replace the engine air filter (which I decided to replace myself), I found the compartment wasn't latched correctly. I then found it was missing the correct screws. Lastly, the air filter hadn't been replaced in the correct orientation. I stayed in my car during the service and was able to watch Jessie (his shirt said Jesus) just kind of cram it back together without giving it much attention. When the staff take apart vehicles, they should return them to the start condition at a minimum. I should also be informed if I'm missing screws/bolts so that I can solve the issue. I intend to not return to this shop. Which is unfortunate, because I have had good success for years with this shop.
