I love this Midland branch. I went in for an inspection tag and mentioned that my oil change light had gone on a few days ago. They were nice enough to check my oil and said it was slightly dirty and slightly low. They told me how to correct this temporarily by adding a bit of oil when I got home. They told me which days were the best (not super busy) to come in and get my oil changed. I'll be going in this week. I've always had a great experience with this staff!

The entire staff was so kind and I even forgot my wallet at work. When I told the man who was ringing me up, he was kind enough to just smile and say it was fine, I could go get it. When I came back, the small hispanic female manager took my payment and I apologized again, she reassured me I was not the first. She even thanked me for returning to pay for the services. I always have had great experiences at this location! Continue the great job guess! Great customer service! Thank yall!

Asked attendant if he could replace a broken bulb in my side headlight. He asked Rebekah if she could change it...she got down on the ground and checked...and said she could get to it. Rebekah preceded to remove the old bulb and sent someone to go to another Valvoline to get another one. When the replacement got there, it was discovered it wasn't the correct kind. Rebekah apologized and asked if I wanted to wait while someone bought one at an auto part store. I said "yes" and waited for about 10 more minutes. In the meantime, my oil had been changed and everything checked out. The new bulb arrived and Rebekah quickly got it in. In the meantime, Joseph apologized for the time delay. Once again, I reassured him that I had no problem waiting. Rebekah then gave me a discount for having to wait so long. I told her that wasn't necessary, but she insisted. All the employees were very thoughtful and concerned about my wait. Rebekah definitely went beyond the call of duty to take care of my need. I was at Valvoline for approximately an hour, but I had something to keep my entertained. VERY IMPRESSED!
