Everyone was very polite and respectful. There was no pressure for anything to be bought or changed. They were very knowledgeable and even though they said a 25-30 minute wait we were seen much sooner. Without a working AC for our car that was extremely helpful. The AC is a different story that Valvoline cannot fix, but they were very helpful for everything we came there for.

The manager used either a wore out or wrong bit and stripped the screw holes on my air filter cover. An employee leaned over the side of my truck with no fender cover scratching paint while working. Another employee leaned on my tailgate just talking scratching my paint. It don't take a rocket scientist to know that the dirt on your car is like sand paper when you are rubbing on it. Also not sure if it was the right fuel filter the box looked aweful small. And it took longer than any oil change I ever had. I was there over an hour. And yes I got a fuel filter also but I changed it before myself and it takes about 4 min.

The gentleman was very kind. He took time to explain to me recommendations and to discuss my tire not allowing air to be added. I like being able to stay in the car while the service was completed. I also liked the ability to use a coupon..with everything so high that certainly helps. The customer service was great the day I made my visit.

The oil change itself was satisfactory. However, the technician that removed the air filter for inspection preformed a very poor job. The air box cover was improperly reinstalled. Two of the screws missed the holes entirely. Additionally, the nut that secures the air box to the truck was removed and not reinstalled. Removing this nut was not necessary to access the air filter. The technician is either inexperienced or poorly trained.
