This was my 1st time going to this location and my 1st oil change in my new to me SUV. The service was amazing!!! The tech that helped me not only did a fantastic job with discussing all the options available to me, he also very patiently answered all my questions. Amazing service, job well done to the entire team.

When I arrived everything was fine. I got in within a few minutes. I was then told the oil my car needed for a telluride would be 135. No other options. I agreed and then I got my bill. $175. There was the 135, plus the 4.95 for oil being high right now which I wasn’t told about - I read a sign later once the technician moved from in front of it and then there was a charge for 30 dollars for “extra oil” I was not made aware of this and was irritated by this point that I gave them a coupon and paid and left. If you’re going to have extra fees especially $40 the customer should be made aware of these up front. That’s bad business.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Hi Melanie, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear about the unexpected charges during your visit, and it's disappointing to learn this wasn't clearly communicated to you. If you'd like to go over your service, we'd be happy to help. Contact our Customer Care Team at 800-327-8242 or live chat at VIOC.com.
