Valvoline has been doing my oil changes for the past 3 years. I have always been happy with the level of service that I've received and even though I could go somewhere else and get services cheaper, I would much rather pay the extra because of the level of customer service that Valvoline provides. Every single time, they go get an engine air filter and set it under the hood like they’re just gonna put one in and tell me about it and charge me at the end. And every single time I have to explain I already changed it and they act thrown off that I even noticed they brought one over. Not the end of the world but definitely feels like they’re trying to up charge or provide services not requested

Staff was training two new employees. They were very green and it took over 30 min for the change. During the change the trainer left the two trainees to work on other vehicles before returning. During that time the trainees clearly didn't know what to do next. Not complaining because everyone has to learn the process.. but training should always have someone dedicated to that bay to instill in the trainees to get the job done efficiently for the customer. Also not sure I received all the checks like tire pressure etc.. they did check air filter l battery and filled the washer fluid.

Justin, Dakota, and Juan were amazing! It was by far the most fun and efficient oil change I’ve had. As a young girl it’s so easy to feel belittled at automotive places, but I kind you not, I texted my dad afterwards to tell him how awesome it was.
