I drive a 2017 Volvo XC90. Every time I come, they tell me I need to change my air filter, but then never have the filter. I'm then told I can go get one and they will install it...which then requires me to visit another store and then come back. Since they never have the filter, I went and bought the filter before coming today and they did install it. However, it was said that my engine filter needed to be changed..and again...no filter was on hand. The customer service of the staff was great though.

They made me feel like I belonged there instead of brushing me off and rushing me out of the door like most places do, but most importantly they took the time to stop and explain everything I was having trouble understanding which means a lot to me because I have a learning disability and sometimes have trouble understanding things.
