I don't pretend to be a car expert, but they seem to have it down. Plus, they're always super friendly and don't try to hard-sell me on extra stuff. It's why I keep going back.

When I arrived I waited for 5 minutes for anyone to appear only when layed on my horn did someone appear. The attendant was ignorant, had no clue how much air my tires needed and when I informed him how much he replied u201coh no those are aftermarket tiresu201d.I was charged for an extra quart of oil. I drive a Chevy Silverado and itu2019s a standard pickup. The attitude was a spoiled know it all that was in fact ignorant

I have had several oil changes at this store I always ask for full synthetic. I pay for synthetic and thought I was getting synthetic. During the last visit I noticed a difference in the process. When I inquired I was told by the tech that what he was doing was the right process for synthetic oil changes. I informed him that what he was doing was different than other visits. Long story short, I was being charged for synthetic oil but was given conventional oil. I spoke to the duty manager. Useless. He asked me when did this happen. He never looked up the history in the computer. Just stood there. I will never go back there and advise others to be aware and ask questions.

Because I went to the one on 2202 S Main St, Lindale, TX 75771 and they were shutting down 3 hours early. I was told they would not do my oil change. I have multiple vehicles needing oil and transmission fluid changes. Your Lindale location on Main is lazy and attitude problems, almost left Valvoline over it. On 2632 W. Gentry Pkwy in Tyler, TX 75702 I was treated with care and they were very knowledgable about certain cars when I asked. Completely different attitude. Lindale rep was not happy, probably needed to work a full day so he was cheated as well. They will lose money not just from me as a result. Customers first. Especially when business hours are not being kept to. Your manager there has an attitude. All the guys were doing was sweeping. Not okay. He lost out on $530 today and forever. Keep in mind I almost left your company over it, I just happened to pass another one on the way home.
