The tech was well-trained on my vehicle's maintenance light reset protocol. He also recognized that they previously replaced my filter and didn't pressure me to buy another one. He acknowledged I replaced it without pressuring me to buy another since this once clearly still had life left in it. They knew exactly what an easy drain plug was to keep my vehicle clean during oil drain. Lastly and to me the most meaningful part, the tech who shut the hood grabbed a microfiber and wiped down the part of my hood where his oily gloves had been. Many times have I left other places and been disappointed to find oil-stained prints on my paint. It's these little details that say this company cares about quality.
