I went in today for an oil change not thinking much of it, they started to change the oil and they cut my radiator hose in the process, It went from a 15 minute fix to a 2 hour 30minutes fix , and I still had to pay $140. They told me I could get a discount next time I come in thinking I’d come back after they cut my radiator hose. I’d say a refund is the least they could do.
