During my visit everything went very well, the staff was helpful, they checked my lights, battery, they changed my oil and replaced the filter in a timely manner, they even replaced a windshield wiper as well. I would’ve had my battery changed out by them but they didn’t have the battery I needed in stock. The only two things that I was not happy with was that later that day I was hearing a rattling sound and popped my hood, I discovered that the cover that they removed to replace my filter was not fully put back on and I found a rag as well.

I was told that the whole experience would take about 15-20 minutes. I asked them to change the oil of my car and change out the tail light. I ended up being inside the garage for over an hour because they could not figure out how to change my taillight, when they later found out...they didn't take out one bolt and they thought they did. so over 30 minutes of my time was wasted because the team couldn't take one screw out.
