The wait was insane. I realize you can’t control the volume of costumers; however not a single oil change was under 20 minutes.I want my oil changed, that’s it. If I say that please done do a bunch of other stuff; don’t try to sell me any of services. Change my oil.

That you opened at 0730. just got done with ANOTHER 13 HR NIGHT SHIFT. Previous place i went to stated open at 7. NO ONE SHOWED UP/ CALLED IN SAYING THERY WERE NOT SHOWING UP FOR THERE JOB!! Glad i listened to gut to stop by and "wait until you opened". Turned out you started new hours at that location a few days before.

I didn't even know how to 'pop' my hood. My ex-husband and an independent mechanic has taken care of my car. So this was a newbie experience. I had to wait in line so I will be better prepared for that next time... Taking care of my baby!

Only thing that I notice was wrong is they offered me a front Differential fluid change and I only have a rear wheel drive vehicle . Thought that was kind of funny. Guess I should have said yes to see what they would have done.
