When I arrived at the location for an oil change, two cars were waiting with two cars already in the bay. I settled in for a wait. I was pleasantly surprised when they got my car in within the following 15 minutes. The staff was very nice and professional. The entire experience was painless. The cost was reasonable. I was satisfied overall. I'd highly recommend.

Maisey was amazing and treated me very well. The team at the Hawks Prairie location in Lacey, Wa. was outstanding! They are fast but thorough, and ALWAYS fair price! I havent had any issues getting my oil changed here and i doubt i will. I was a previous customer of Jiffy lube and before that Walmart Lube Center. I will tell you that Walmart almost blew up my car... never go there! Jiffy lube stripped out my oil pan plug hole... also dont go there! Do your research and go where they put pride and experience into your lube job, go to Valvoline!
