Shouldn't even give you a 5 ? You were training somebody new and she squirted oil all over my engine compartment, missed the hole , all over my windshield , everywhere you wiped a little bit off the valve cover. But what about all the oil on my engine compartment? Now I gotta pay $20. To go wash it, you didn't give me a free oil change, so there could have been more done to make up for you're rookie mistake. Otherwise, so I stopped going to that one , I go to a different one.Now. i'm satisfied with the service, but when you make stupid mistakes like that makes a difference . I know, but come on, you're already making a profit. You should've taken care of me. No big deal I still use valvoline , for the most part good job , most of your locations provide very good professional service.
