Queuing theory with Valvoline is nonexistent. It’s at the best determination of a Lead to walk out and dictate. 3 locations Hibbing MN, Duluth MN (2X), and Longview WA. I was told what bay and then another driver pulled up at the bay I was at and drove right in after already waiting 8 minutes. Four times three locations. “Sorry we’ll get you in next soon as we can…. GIVE EVERY CUSTOMER A NUMBER ON THEIR WINDSHIELD 1 2 3, your next. Queuing theory has been a daily reality in Europe for almost a hundred years. People ask, are you next or are your you last here? My time means something. I go to Valvoline for value but I always get subpar service.

Had a great experience at Valvoline today. Brice was epic—super friendly and personable from the moment I pulled in. Ron took care of the oil change and did a great job as my main mechanic. The whole process was quick, smooth, and professional. And as always, my Hyundai Equus got the usual “what the heck is this car?” look when it rolled in 😄 Really appreciate the solid service and the good attitude from the team. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
