In previous visits to this oil change location, I had taken the car by myself; this time, my husband was in the driver’s seat and it was the 1st time he’d experienced a sit-in-the-car oil change. The manager was so polite, professional, and showed leadership. When my husband would ask a question, it was answered with much more detail than I expected and also impressed my husband. They joked a bit about car makes, and husband felt it was such a smooth operation, speedy, and pleasant visit. He was especially taken aback watching through the windshield/open hood at emptying the old oil filling up the tube into the container - appreciated seeing how much oil was being changed and the remarks of the mgr on why they empty through the dip channel (eventhough it looks like a blood transfusion!). When all said and done, we drove away with his comment on the satisfying experience and leaning toward using the station for oil changes in his F350 4WD pickup.

There was no wait. Everyone seemed helpful. There was no discount available. The air filter was fine, although they offered to replace it. I doubt that anyone checked the transmission fluid, which I know is a pain on my vehicle. I doubt any line points were lubed. In all, I got the service that I expected, with no wait.
