This station marked our coolant level “OK”, then 2 days (100 miles) later, our engine stopped working because, according to the mechanic diagnostic, the vehicle had been driven too far without coolant. There were no leaks in the coolant tank, but it was empty. I filed a claim through Valvoline Customer Service, but this station’s manager said that they had marked the coolant level “OK” so she believes it was indeed “OK”… I do not think that adds up. Now we have a $10,000 quote for a new engine.
