I sent my 19 year old daughter for an oil change. Not only they broke the dipstick handle, they jammed the broken handle piece way in there tryin to get it out.
After a no oil change and a broken dipstick, I called the location.
Spoke with the manager RILEY, basically he told me that these things happen and they are NOT liable for it. Told me to go to a shop.
I checked the dipstick an hour prior, and it was fine. Oil seemed dirty, thats why I sent her there.
I will contact the 1-800 number, and RILEY already told me what will happen. He will receive an email about the incident, qnd they will deny the claim.
STAY AWAY THAT LOCATION!!!
