When I first drove in, I attempted to enter the right bay but was instructed to move to the left bay. Upon doing so, two other vehicles were serviced before me because I had been told to move and the truck in front of me took EXTRA long. I waited for over 45 minutes to be serviced. The assistant manager was very nice and apologetic and offered me a discounted price. Thank you. However, upon arrival at my home, we noticed oil leaking on the garage floor. I returned the next day to find out the filter was not secured properly and had to be replaced. I again had to wait in line over 30 minutes. The problem was addressed and I will come back but I feel like I wasted a lot of time on my weekend. I work 60+ hours a week, so my weekends are precious and I didn't enjoy sitting in line due to two errors. Thanks, Vicki
