I've had my oil changed here for years. This was a lretty frustrating time. I was met with a nice enough kid, but his sales tact was a bit too pushy.
The kicker was that after rmy oil change the splash guard on my vehicle wasn't completely secured and I drove away. When a patron let me know that my splash guard was dragging on the ground, I returned to the location immediately (within 10 minutes of leaving). I was met with the same person who'd helped me, but looked at me as if he had never seen me. When I pointed out that my splash guard wasn't secure he had his team member screw it in, stating the "screws must've fallen out". These are held in place with clips and I think can easily be stripped if tighter with an air ratchet, I think that is the case. Also, screws/bolts don't generally just fall out after a few minutes without being stripped.
The day after my visit I saw my splash guard hanging again. One of the screws again has fallen out. I don't know if it was the wrong size that was put in, if it was attached appropriately, or never attached.
Anyway, I have ordered replacement clips and bolts and will attach it.
I am marking yes below because of previous experience which has been no nonsense, clear, and fast. This experience was not positive.
