Peter and Adam acted like they really hated their jobs. Did not smile or make eye contact and walked around like the were half asleep. Peter had Nick check my tire pressure after I asked him if he could check ti. Nick and Carlos were very friendly and helpful. Nick offered to reset my oil life setting, smiled and said your all set, have a good day. Carlos also smiled and said your all ready to go as he guided us out of the bay he told us to have a good day and thanked us for coming in.

I was told I needed Subaru recommended a $100 rear diff oil change every 15k miles, and looked up an found they recommend it every 30-60k miles. They used a high mileage synthetic that valvoline states is good for about 10k but the sticker says to get the oil changed again in 3k miles. I feel like both of these were dishonest ploys to get me to spend more than I need to.

Nobody was visible and as I started to drive in the empty bay I was rebuked by the staff for not waiting to be directed into the bay, something I am very familiar with. After the not so friendly greeting, everything went fine. Nobody identified themselves as the manager.
