Some of the services I am accustomed to getting at this business were not provided this time. The tire pressures were not checked, the lights were not checked and the air filter was not looked at. It seemed to me that the goal of the staff was to get me out of there as soon as possible. I have been to this business multiple times, but it seemed like I was not in their computer system. When I told the employee the name and address of the account he didn't mention that it was there. Instead, he typed them in and when I got the emailed invoice both were wrong. I left feeling like the quality of service had deteriorated since my previous visit.

I visited location twice in just over a week, once in my daughter's car and the second time in mine. Both times, the CSR was Javier. I got the impression Javier either wasn't very satisfied with his job, or wasn't really interested in pleasantly interacting with the customer or not. I thought he was lacking in customer service skills. He may have actually smiled, but if he did, it was more of a grimace where the lips curled slightly upward. I would like to note that My daughter and I visited this location 10/10/23, Javier was also the CSR then, and we both felt he was very friendly. Maybe he's having some personal difficulties but I just wanted to let you know that both times I've been there recently, I felt uncomfortable and like I was an unwelcome intrusion. It makes me wonder, based on the difference between October, 23 and August, 24, if the employees could use some sort of morale booster. I like the service you provide and would like to continue with this location. Thank you.
