They stripped the threads on the oil pan/drain plug last visit and told me to have it "evacced" from now on. I was ok with that. this time I was refused service because I have to put my dip stick together to check the oil (its not broke its loose so I remove it so it doesn't fall in). They can't change it because they cant read the amount of oil in it... yes you can just put the thing together. "There is damage to the drain plug"... duh, you guys damaged it. I have to pay for a new oil pan because they wont accept responsibility. (They are the only place that I've taken that car to for about 6 years)
