Above and beyond customer service and kindness at this location. Needed to stop for air and a quick check under the hood and Jake and his team resolved all issues immediately and thoroughly. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating! Amazing staff!!!!

Survey Comment: I absolutely love going to the Rock Springs Valvoline location because I can take my kids with me, and we can stay in the car. They’re very fast, they’re efficient. They are all communicative. They all talk to you. I had one of the best experiences there yesterday that I think I’ve ever had!
I’ve even told all my friends about it, saying you're crazy, going anywhere else, you’re paying way too much if you go somewhere else, because these people do amazing work. I even had a guy one time, I was out of a back windshield wiper. He drove to the store, picked one up, came back, and put it on my car for me all on his own. I appreciate what they’ve done for me, and I am a single mom, so everything they do to help me like that can go unnoticed some days. I hope you guys can reward them with something, because they are well-deserved of it: tremendous management, great associates, great teamwork.
