Rob and Alondra are a perfect combination. Rob talked to me and explained everything that was going on and the importance of each thing he was checking and with my approval replacing. Alondra(sp) was checking, filling and examining everything above and beyond what I expected. I asked her and Rob questions about my pickup and I was very impressed by their knowledge and willingness to help me. It impressed me that even though they both were so busy they still took time to be friendly and courteous. I have been lucky enough to be able to be in their bay the last couple times and as they waved goodbye I had a long lasting smile on my face. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ALONDRA AND ROB!!!!!

Thank you, Sara, Harmonie and Fermin!!!I rolled up here at 7 AM knowing that they would open at 7:30 and patiently waited because it’s the only way I can get home at this point. I’m traveling (and mainly car camping) out west from Indiana with my little dog, to sightsee and my car has been yelling at me for an oil change for miles. The technicians and staff were very friendly and accommodating! They made sure that my car had everything ready to be roadworthy. I even got a new engine filter and wiper blades and they topped off all my fluids. I feel safe on my journey home and my car already sounds better seriously, I appreciate all of you and your patience while I waited for you guys to open. I felt like such a jerk, but I knew if I didn’t stop In rock Springs, I probably wouldn’t stop at all in my car would suffer the consequences of my poor actions! Live long and prosper!

I have always had a pleasant experience but this one wasn't and I left pretty upset at myself. In tone and attitude, I was made aware that my asking that they not upsell me on a few air filter, that I was rude. I was tired and asked the question a few time to please just don't today and the lady helping had to leave the area to compose herself. I told her that I had just taken that apart a few days prior (with the help of a mechanic) so I know it was good. It wasn't until I got home that I realized she was upset that I refused the upsell and that might have cost her, her job just because I was too tired and just asked that she not do the upsell that day. I really don't know that I can come back. I wasn't trying to be rude and the fact that the staff had a small meeting at the front of my car about it made me feel horrible. If I didn't know for sure that the filter was alright, maybe I could have been talked into a new filter but the fact that I didn't want to have the conversation, led to a bad experience and I can't trust going back and not have something back happen again at an oil change. There were a few mistakes in the past but now I feel the next one won't be a mistake.
