Biggest issue was I was not sure they had completed all the services they marked on sheet. They handed me the summary sheet and marked Tire pressure OK, but I had to ask them to check, so not sure what else the checked ok and not really checked. Very friendly though

He forgot to check the front and back lighting until I mentioned it. Also I didnu2019t see that they topped off the fluids like windshield fluid. I usually get more hands on services under the hood. This time it was just the oil and the air filter that was shown to me.

They guided me into the stall with a smile. The young man asked how he could help and when I told him oil change, he took his wand and clicked in my VIN# and called me by my name. After that he asked how the day was going. Then he turned the screen around to see what I was requesting, an oil change and windshield wiper replacements. He even gave me 20% off since they didn't have the air filter, but the filter could wait until my next oil change. The young lady, Karima, was very efficient under the hood. They checked my lights, reset the oil change light, brakes, etc. They are a very nice group of young people, and I appreciate them recognizing us as elders. Just a very comfortable way to get an oil change. Took about a half hour and we were gone. Happy with the price as well.
