By doing th job correctly. I was told I have a severe oil leak. When actually I had no previous leaks. No spots in my garage where I park. No leaks because I use valvoline oil. So I said that's strange I have no leaks at hone where I park. And the attendant told me it probably just started. So after I return home I notice it is leaking from the drain plug, and bad. So the technician didn't put the gasket/washer on, knew it would leak, and proceeded to tell me it was a severe leak. So the sever leak was caused by your technician. I have 201k miles on my car, and no leaks because I only went to valvoline oil change centers and drove many miles just to go there. Very unprofessional. I used to tell people to go there, and now I will tell them not to. Now I have to spend more money to get it repaired and don't have the time or place to be doing such things is why I brought it to you guys in the first place. I could understand if it was forgotten by mistake. But telling me it would leak bad instead of fixing it right it a horrible choice by your technicians.
