I haven't come across a group of men that are so polite and helpful in a car service in a long time it was very refreshing and I will come back here every time now I've been going to Walmart for a few years because of their prices but yours was very comparable the manager was awesome I could not be happier I didn't even make it 50 ft from the door and I texted my boss and I said I just got my oil changed from Valvoline and those guys were amazing thank you so much you guys you did a great job and I appreciate it

the gentleman who helped me was nice and attentive but the usual service was not gicen - no call out on what was being done, seemed like it was a little to relaxed. One employee (maybe - he was hanging out and typing on computers) had a F*ck Cancer shirt on. Now I support the movement, but it was not something I expected to be worn at the shop. Laso the same indiviual spin out tires on a car make a loud noise and it was delibrate. I'll be going to another valvoline in the future ot Jiffy lube.
