I have some problems with hearing. Your manager (I think his name is Leon?) was patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. He repeated himself, respectfully, every time I said "what". I drive people crazy with that. I just want to thank him and everyone who worked on my car. I received wonderful, efficient service on a vehicle that was overdue on an oil change. Thank you guys again, on a job well done. And also for your patience & kindness.
