Lanard was beyond pleasant to deal with. I initially went in for a battery check and to my surprise, my battery was in bad shape and risky. He told me my options without pressuring me and was happy to answer my questions. I ended up coming back and Lanard took care of me. Not only was he transparent, but through too! I asked if I could watch the process to avoid further ignorance. He educated me on the tools as well as dos and do nots. My fluids and tires were filled. I was so happy with my experience, I wanted to tip him. Being modest and a good human, he declined each time. He truly wanted to help me just because and that goes an longgg way with me! He also managed his team extremely well. Every last one of those gentlemen delivered above par service. PLEASE be sure to recognize Lanard and the gentlemen on his team. He’s surely an asset to you guys
