I had the best attendant I've ever had. When I first drove up, he came right over to the car to let me know of a delay. Luckily, I got him when it was my turn. His name is Dayquan and he was friendly, very knowledgeable, and thorough. He actually announced out loud what he was checking. When I first arrived I told him that one time someone overfilled the oil (at this location). I had nothing to fear with him. He made sure it was exactly where it should be on the dipstick. Dayquan was an absolute pleasure. He is a credit to your company and you are lucky to have him.

I have been to his location twice now and both times I was extremely satisfied with the service. I love the transparency of the valvoline process and most of all manager Daivon is top notch both times and on different days of the week which leads me to believe that Valvoline has the right person in charge as his personality is awesome his entire staff was very pleasant and professional. While he educated me on services that were recommended and why but with absolutely no pressure what so ever I was so pleased that I even bought a cabin filter from him ( I couldu2019ve of done it my self for less than half the cost ) but I wanted him to have the additional sale as I know it would mean something for his performance with his boss. Please recognize Daivon for not only being an outstanding employee but more importantly for being a good person overall.
