I looked up a Valvoline Oil Change in our new area and found this one. I don't like to let my oil changes go past the 50% level but this time due to all of the problems with Harvey, moving and just being overwhelmed with all that has came our way lately, I had dropped to about 25%. When they opened my hood, the 1st thing they found was my filler cap was missing! The hood had not been open since the last change (Kuykendahl Store). So either they did not put it on or didn't put it on directly. This store (League Line Rd) immediately brought this to my attention and I went and purchased a new right then! I will definitely be a customer. I will be back! Very impressed!Thanks.

With all the Valvoline I've been before they've always check your head lights, break lights, signal lights, add any fluids if needed, let you know when next fluid needs to be change, they didn't check air filter or wiper blades didn't air tires so none of these were done. That is why I say it was expensive for what I paid. I also wonder if oil filter was changed? For years I change my oil at Valvoline.

And one thing that I will never forget I was driving to Valvoline in conroe texas but I was 2 hrs away I asked the women on the phone what time she closed and she said 4 and the time it was 2:10 I didn't think I was gonna make it and she said don't worry just come we'll take care of you and the end when I got there it was 4:15 and the people there where still taking cars just to wait for me I will never go no where else but Valvoline Thank you so much

They worked with me and ended up giving me exactly what I needed. They put one filter on for me that I had purchased from Honda. Not once did they ever pressure me. I looked back at my receipt for previous oil changes at another location. I paid close to $20 less but received the exact same Valvoline Oil. I have already been telling others about you and I will DEFINITELY be back for future services. I change my oil about every 6 weeks. This was such a pleasant experience.
