Roderick was the CSR, he was very helpful in explaining the different oil changes. I was not pressured to buy the most expensive oil change. He recommended the one I chose. I told him that I had coupons, he checked them out and told me they were "good" and would be used when I paid. Topside was Corbin and bottomside was Xavier. The oil change was quick and efficient. I could watch the oil change from my seat in the customer area. When the car was ready, I was told to "turn on the key and check it out." They waited for my approval instead of just handing me the key to leave. They also guided me out of the service area safely and onto the street. Thanks!
