The Hispanic gentleman that helped me was super polite, explained everything they were doing the whole time, showed me my filters, I got a new cabin filter, he was polite with myself and my daughter, even asked how old she was and he told me he also has a young daughter. For the last 5 years I have come to this location I have never had to step out of my car for an inspection, so when I was asked to do so, I asked why. The guy gave me such an attitude saying "it's the LAW", so I explained why I was asking, and he said It's the law, do you want me to get the supervisor? supervisor comes over and explains that the last team was not doing the inspections correctly. Fine, ok not a problem. Why didn't the first guy just say that instead of giving an attitude, I legit just wanted to know why because I've never had to before? Second, I was out of my vehicle for probably 30 minutes, they had me step out during the oil change. My dash cam was plugged in, and right before they took it for the brake test it was unplugged! There's nothing in my car to take so whatever, i just find it super odd that they would unplug my dash cam right before they do the brake test. First off, they should NOT be touching ANY of my belongings in the car; Secondly, what is there to hide if it's just a break test? It just really didn't sit right with me that they would unplug it.
