This was my first visit to a Valvoline Oil Change facility since my car has always received an oil change from my Audi Dealership. I really liked the fact you can stay in your car and see the process as well as ask questions. I learned alot during the process and will return to this specific facility for future oil changes. I liked the convenience of not having to schedule an appt and received excellent service from Quincy which I really appreciated!

I was upset, not with the staff, but the recommendation that my car needs an oil change every 3 months??? I don't drive that much, and I told them that Subaru recommends every 6 months. The staff changed the date to recommend 6 months. Also, the recommendation to get my tires rotated. I just bought my tires, so I'm not sure if the tires were even inspected. The staff were nice, but if I'm paying 70 bucks per change, I don't think the recommendations for oil changes are correct. also, the groupon only covers certain locations. can you make them usable to all locations, so i can use it at a valvoline closer to my home.
