After they showed me my air filters they said they could not close my casing for the filters they were broke. They broke where the clips hold it together. It was not broke before, I have only got oil changes from you guys, and no one said anything before. So for not taking responsibility for that and doing the rite thing to fix it, you have lost a customer and all 4!of my cars.

We were very concerned about the knowledge of the technician that was performing the service. If he was new and in training, that would be fine, BUT, have a technician supervising the change. When he had to have a sheet of instructions to perform the task, I felt very uneasy.
