This was my 4th attempt in the past 10 days to get an oil change at this location; however, there were long waits, extremely hot weather and on my third attempt, I was informed that my filter was out of stock. However, I was told when they accepted their shipment AND about another nearby Valvoline location I was unaware of. I was also informed by Nate that I still had enough oil filter percentage left and I wasn't in the danger zone yet. Additionally, I developed a repoire with Ramsey from my first two visits and he remembered me today. The team at this location is very professional, informative, and possesses a team-oriented mentality. Ramsey was always consciensous EVERY time observing and checking on vehicles that only needed a smog check and adjusting these vehicles according to keep their wait times unnecessarily long by temporarily using the Smog Lane for oil changes to reduce waits times. I wasn't condescended to because I was a female and all the guys worked in flawless harmony with each other despite the triple digit temps. I truly love coming here and have no regrets leaving Jiffy Lube after doing business with them for 30 years. Keep up the good work.

Was not greeted. Sat for awhile, staff chatting, vaping. No sense of urgency. Once I got in a bay it took almost an hour for a simple only change. Staff seemed unorganized and no sense of urgency. They would do one thing in my car then move over to the other car that arrived after me. They went back and forth between cars. Very inefficient.
