Was told that my oil filter was rare and out of stock when I have been taking my car to the location for years. Then was told to go to autozone to buy the part a they would happily give me a 5 dollar discount, oil change was about 106 dollars. The inconvenience does not make up 5 dollars. It would have been understandable for the place to reorder the part a tell me to go back another day. They were also out of many different oils, which took some time but they said they had my oil. Rather than going back, I found it was cheaper and more convenient to go somewhere else around the corner.
