Hardin and Joshua were both amazing! As a female who recently moved out of my parents house, i tend to dread anything to do with cars because most people try to upsell or exaggerate things unless i have a man with me. That was not the case with Hardin and Joshua, they were very detailed, patient, kind, compassionate, authentic, friendly, and fun! They made me feel much more confident about my knowledge about my car and gave great recommendations for a couple issues. As soon as I pulled up the attendant got me right in and immediately got started on my oil change. She explained everything to me in detail and answered my questions without hesitation. We even had a small conversation about our preferences of our off road vehicles while my oil was being changed. Overall it was a very good experience unlike other places in town that do oil changes. I'll definitely make Valvoline Instant Oil Change the only place I take my vehicle for my 3000 mile oil change.
